Comments english in my opinion
After I entered college, I realized that learning English is very important especially now globalisation era. And in my opinion are important to learn english because it can make us not only socialize with Indonesian people, but also could be with people overseas.
In addition to this because my hobby to watching a movie instead of Indonesia and most of the film uses the English language,so inevitably I had to learn to understand the language and continue to search for the words of what I do not understand about.

Dear Mrs. Minda Yustira:
Of course we are going to replace the copies of “Physical Science” which your letter of the 5th reported as defective. Five extra books are being packed and will go out the first thing tomorrow.
It is impractical for us to make a careful inspection of every book that leaves our shipping department, much as we should like to do so. If we did, we could not quote a price of forty five dollars a copy. We are, however, glad to replace any defective copies, for we realize that binderies are no infallible, and sometimes make mistakes.
We are sorry that one these mistakes occurred in your order.
Yours truly,
Yosua Pratama

Claim Of Complaint Letter
Mr. Tulus Syafaat

Dear Mr. Tulus Syafaat:
I am sorry, but the coat I purchased of you on May 3 for P 1,568.00 is not giving the service I feel a coat of this quality and price should give.
In the six months I have had it, I have not given the coat severe or unusual wear, but already the nap is wearing away above the cuffs and pockets. Also, the lining has given way at the armholes.
If I were in Indonesia, I would be glad to bring the coat in for your inspection. That being impossible, I am sending it to your under another cover. When you see it, I believe you will feel as I do – that the cost is not up to your standard.
As I like this model and feel that this coat has been an exception, I would be interested in securing another one, provided you are able to make me a sufficiently attractive allowance.
Your truly,
Mr. Yosua Pratama
